Guidelines to Authors
Authors are responsible for the content of their Research Papers especially for the accuracy of all quotations and their proper attribution, all notes and references citing the necessary details. The article is considered for publication must be an original research output and on the clear understanding that it is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. A declaration to this regard should accompany the Research Paper. An abstract not exceeding 200 words should be given along with key words not exceeding five. The Research paper should including introduction sub titles conclusion and detailed bibliography. The authors use double inverted comas while quoting sentences. The quotation runs to more than fifty words set it off from the text as a separate paragraph without quotation marks, indenting half an inch on both sides. All non English words should be italicized.  The authors follow the Microsoft Word format with footnote option. The Research Paper not exceeding 20pages should be neatly typed with double spaced on one side of A4 paper (in soft and hard copy). All citation should be in the footnotes with bibliographical details. The font size is 12 for content and 10 for footnote the font Cambria. The authors are requested to send their full contact details and designation.
SOURCE MATERIAL
For directions on how to use these properly, consult MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers.  In the bibliography primary and secondary sources should be categorized separately.
BOOKS
 The  details of book includes, complete name of the author(s) or editor(s), full title (italicized) place, name of publisher, date of publication and specify edition.
CITING ARTICLES IN PERIODICALS (print version)
Magazines, newspapers and other media are treated differently. There is a specific format for each type of source. It includes author’s name, title of article in single inverter comas ‘...’ periodical, or journal title (italicized) ISSN, volume number, issue number, date of publication, page numbers
INTERVIEWS, UNPUBLISHED WRITINGS/ Oral sources
 This category must include the details, name, title or description, date and place
FROM THE INTERNET (electronic publications)
Use the following information in the order for internet sources.
• Author’s name (it normally appears at the beginning or the end of the document)
• Title of the document (if no author’s name is available, begin entry with this)
• Information about print publication (if the document gives information pertaining to previous print publication, provide information as indicated for books or periodicals above)
• Title of the site (italicized)
• Date of electronic publication or latest update
• Name of sponsoring organization
• Date of access (the date you visited the site)
• URL (electronic address, enclosed in angle brackets
